NiCo Meeting is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs, legal entities and other organisations acting for commercial or professional purposes. Contracts with consumers are not intended.
Participation in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body is therefore not intended unless mandatory law requires it in an individual case.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer linked.
